About InvoiceForge
InvoiceForge started from a simple frustration: every invoice and receipt tool either demanded an account, uploaded your figures to a server, or buried the document behind a paywall. We built the opposite — a set of clean, fillable templates that run entirely in your browser, so the act of making a document never costs you privacy or money.
Your data stays on your device. When you type a client name, an amount or a tax ID, none of it is sent anywhere or stored by us. We do not operate accounts, so we hold no personal record of what you create. The PDF is built where you are, then saved by you. That is the whole model: free, private, and yours.
The site covers the documents freelancers, small businesses and landlords reach for most — invoices, receipts, rent receipts, contractor and commercial invoices, quotes, estimates and donation receipts. Each one is a single page you can fill and download in a minute. There is no login, no trial, and no tracking of what you create, which keeps the experience fast and the paperwork yours.
We are not a tax or legal advisor. The templates are starting points you adapt to your situation, and the responsibility for using them correctly stays with you. What we do promise is a calm, ad-light tool that respects the sensitive numbers you type while you work.
Getting started costs nothing. Open any generator, fill in the details, and download the PDF. Because nothing is saved on our side, you are free to regenerate a document as often as you like without leaving a trail behind. If a template does not fit your workflow exactly, adapt the downloaded file in any editor — the output is a standard PDF you control. Our aim is simply to make the everyday paperwork of running a small business a little faster and a little more private.
