Privacy Policy

Your data never leaves your device. InvoiceForge generates every document locally in your browser. Names, addresses, amounts, tax IDs and any other text you enter are not uploaded, sent to a server, or stored by us. We do not operate accounts, so we hold no personal record of what you create, and we cannot see or recover a document after you close the page.

Cookies. This website uses cookies. Some cookies are essential to load the page; others are set by analytics and advertising partners described below. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time, and disabling non-essential cookies does not stop the document tools from working.

Third-party vendors. We may show advertising through Google AdSense and measure traffic with Google Analytics. Google acts as a third-party vendor, using cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites, and to understand how the site is used. Google’s role as a third-party advertising vendor is described in its advertising privacy notice, and you can learn more at the industry site aboutads.info.

Advertising and the DoubleClick cookie. Google’s advertising cookies, including the DoubleClick cookie, help serve ads based on your prior visits. They let Google and its partners show ads matched to your interests. These cookies are set only when advertising is enabled on the site, and they can be cleared from your browser like any other cookie.

Opting out of personalized advertising. You can opt out of personalized ads at any time. Visit Google Ad Settings to manage your preferences, or use the controls at YourAdChoices (About Ads). Both let you withdraw from interest-based advertising, and the About Ads program at aboutads.info explains how this form of advertising works.

More about advertising choices. The About Ads site, run by the Digital Advertising Alliance, explains how interest-based advertising works and links to opt-out tools from participating companies. The Network Advertising Initiative offers a similar opt-out page where you can decline participation by member networks.

Analytics. If Google Analytics is active, it collects aggregated, non-identifying usage data such as page views and device type. It does not receive the contents of any document you build. You can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on to block it entirely.

Security. The site is served over HTTPS, and because we operate no accounts and no database of your documents, there is very little personal data for us to protect or expose. Every document is built on your own device and never uploaded, so there is no document content for us to leak. The only data we handle is standard web server and advertising log information, which is never linked to the contents of any document you create.

Children. InvoiceForge is a business tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the relevant age of consent, and we do not target advertising at minors. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.
